“Ridiculous. HORRIBLE costumer service. I was supposed to receive my assignment two days ago but I still have not received anything! They’ve clearly forgotten about it and in stead of being honest they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE KNOWING ITS ME!! I’ve called 100 times (seriously, 100) and only twice someone picked up. First time was when they realized they’d forgotten it, second time they actually hung up the phone in my face after I got angry for waiting. I don’t know if I will ever receive my assignment or if it would be any good. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!”
