“Great lashes but I wish you would make all your lashes styles in a short option for us with smaller eyes. I only pick out the short lashes, 8, 10 as the rest are too long for me. I probably won’t order this variety again because it’s too wasteful”

I would suggest inluding, especially as a first time buyer, a giant recommendation to purchase the extra lash glue for the long lasting lashes. Due to my own negligence in not understanding fully of what I needed to buy in order to have the long-lasting effect, I did not purchase everything I needed/wanted. That being said, my lashes have been lasting as long as I have wanted them to without the special glue. Hence the 5 Star review and my commitment to continue purchasing from Citizen Lash. “I’m truly very disappointed in these new lashes. They are much short in length leaving my eyes with no lashes on the ends, they do not connect to the other lashes leaving chunky lashes, very stiff, they must be longer than the old ones cause they hit my glasses, they are not natural looking at all. I hate everything about them and am soo disappointed that I purchased so many trays of them, including other citizen lash product, cause they are dollar store quality now. I have noticed that Instagram influencers that I follow don’t even share them anymore. My friend and I both use citizen lashes and rave to everyone about them, but unfortunately will not be recommending them anymore.”

“Hi Friends! I am a huge fan of citizens lash. My only complaint is the connection glue. I have had comments on people asking me what’s in my eye and the glue is very visible. Next time I order, I will order a couple of the black glue pens. I did have to connect with a client about the concern and let her know I will have a different glue option next aptm.”
