Holiday to Italy cancelled in September due to coronavirus panademic. Still waiting for refund in January. EU laws specify refund within 14 days is a legal requirement. They ignore e-mails and make pathetic excuses and false promises - no level of customer service at all. They obviously do not have the financial resources to refund everyone - would be better if they went bust so I could claim on ATOL insurance. They are currently advertising bargain prices on holidays for 2021 knowing they probably won't be able to run them, but need to get the money in to keep afloat. Don't book with these people - you will loose your money.
