“On 3rd October last year CES were subcontracted by Proxim (maintenance company)to remove panel by front door because it had asbestos in, the man who removed it said didn't have asbestos, mine had a piece of metal in panel. He took picture and sent his findings to his company. CES have said they were just subcontracted and don't know who it was. The waste removal sheet has got an Alan Davies name on it and a D Reece signed it. I'm 78 and live on leasehold property and basically have to along with what property management says. I have paid £298 80 to have asbestos removed which I didn't have and thinking CES would do the truthful thing, so I was fighting it with both companies, I am now paying an extra to £33 60 to Proxim for 5 months for emails they sent to me. No one took a sample either. Two of my neighbours heard what the removal man said and another one said that they have stolen from me. I've lost the fight for my name and money but just wanted one more say.”
“Hi Sophie, so sorry I have only just seen what you had written. I am sorry I have disrespected CES, but I live in leasehold property and Chris Duggan who is property manager for Proxim said it was your company they employed for removing asbestos from panel by the door. I would just like to know who it was that said I had no asbestos in the panel, it has cost me nearly £500 and I have been fighting this since October last year.

“They want to get you signed up after over year with them my landlord give us bins but they are not willing to remove theirs the are holding me to the 5 years contract when I signed up they said I could cancel any time”
