“Never received the item I order. Brought the item off the eBay store and waited until past the expected delivery date until getting in contact. They blamed the postal strikes for the delay, after a month of waiting I requested a new speaker upgrade kit to be shipped out or to receive a refund. Now after another two weeks of waiting for the replacement which they agreed to do I still have nothing.
This was the end of my original review but A day later after posting this I received a parcel containing a pair of plastic yellow sunglasse! And a confirmation email stating that the speaker kit I had ordered had been delivered! This is clearly a scam to show that the parcel had been delivered! I’m now looking to take further action through eBay and companies house.”
“I made the mistake of placing an order with this company back in July. After many e-mails (7) but only received 1 back from them to say sorry for the delay I ended up going through PayPal to get my money back. From July to September, that's how long it took. I would give them 5 stars for taking people's money and not sending them the goods. Got 1 star only because you can't give them zero.”

Ordered goods for my car on 18/04/22 - status was 'Processing' until my first email via their website chasing the order 27/04/22.
Despatch 27/04/22 with no tracking information? so does this mean they read but don't reply?
Used their website again to request tracking information - not answered.
04/05/22 still no tracking information, so raised a case with Paypal.
04/05/22 had an email from them stating order was subsequently cancelled as a result of raising a case with Paypal??
This seller appears not to want to communicate at all to resolve the issue.
No other communication sellers end.
My request for refund has not been answered.
Some kind of deception or lack of transparency is going on here. Why cant the seller just be honest?”

Scam Company
Non delivery of parts - due to them not sending, messed about via email, refund not being given despite them admitting they never shipped the parts over some reason apparently the courier wouldn't take them as they were bigger than they had told the courier themselves.
1 x exhaust (£49.99) & other items - coming to total £70.23 - on 6th September 2021
£49.99 refund still outstanding 12th November 2021 despite being told on multiple occasions it is on its way, then via PayPal - still not here
Have started a Statuary Demand proceeding.”

“AVOID! I've been given constant reasons why my item hasn't been delivered and I've been told many times it's been credited when it obviously hasn't and hoping I'll forget. Well I don't and now I'm following this up as a fraudulent transaction. Please be very careful ordering from Citybugstore and related ecommerce stores as many people seem to be having similar issues! Part ordered in March, not delivered so requested refund. Told it was credited in June but still waiting in August!”
