“Very gentle and carefull in extraction and informative in what is being done. Maybe need to be more informative on the day's and weeks after you get your new dentures put in. When to come back for adjustment if needed?”

We really appreciate the kind words, Kim! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on how we can improve. We'll work today to improve that communication moving forward, both verbally and in writing to take home. When it comes to adjustments on a denture, typically the patient will return if there are any sore spots or places where he or she feels that the denture doesn't fit just right. Patients are welcome to return at any time for adjustments, and we'll make sure to get things back to feeling great! Again, we really appreciate the feedback, and we're going to work hard to improve as a result of it. Thank you!
