These people have been dealing with my stuff for over 3 years now. All I get are forms upon forms to sign as time has run out. Then they chase them even though I sent them back immediately. Why is nobody chasing the companies up after their 8 week deadline to respond? It’s exhausting and I suppose at the end of it they’ll want most of the money anyway. Would not recommend Anonymous

I started a claim last year, for months and months heard nothing, then I had forms upon forms to sign, extra ones as they said they had not received them, finally I was told I had an offer from one for £374.21, this is after the tax taken, they wanted a fee of £173.00, I did a bit of googling and a cap was put on the % last year they can only ask for 20% plus vat (24 %), they still want £99.13 as they take their % from the gross not what you receive,I want to know what they did to earn this, but they will not send an itemised bill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Will give them one star only, as they did manage to reclaim some money, however, they take 39% + vat, which is really greedy and had I known would never have gone with them. They don't advise you of this, it is on the letter, but took me a long time to see the tiny writing. The government have put a cap of 20% on fees, unfortunately as you unwittingly sign to say you give permission to find out if you are due any ppi you are also signing you agree to paying the extortionate fee. Also, they took the payment I made out my account twice !!, they are now hounding me to pay a separate one, even though you have 14 days to pay. They email you ring you, write to you text you. Don't use them. There are cheaper ones, or better still do it yourself.

You say you are the cheapest 10% fee but that's not true you take almost half its robbery

This company have been representing me for over 12 months. There communication is dreadful!! I have constantly chased them to chase my ppi!!! The ombudsman have ruled in my favour for one of my claims in February, it is now June and claimeazy have still not chased this. Avoid this company and use someone else as claimeazy are completely useless

They take almost half of what you get back, staff are unhelpful and frankly I wish I hadnt bothered. Real moneygrabbers

Please avoid this company they are rip off merchants, they take nearly half off any money they get back for you. They take a long time over a year I waited and I filled the forms in myself from the company I was claiming ppi from. They do nothing apart from getting ball rolling, they lose your forms time and time again. You have to pay there money or risk being taken to court. I wish I had read reviews first cos I would have found a better company.

If I could give less than one star I would give -100. This company is fraudulent. They harass me daily to pay them even though I never received any money and today a new one, they are taking me to court, over a payment I didnt make to them - as they never settled my case and I never received a penny. I have contacted the financial ombudsmen and suggest others do too.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO CHASE FOR PPI. I HAVE HAD TO TELEPHONE ALMOST WEEKLY TO MAKE SURE THEY CHASE THE COMPANIES, AND THEN SENT A FORM OUT FOR HSBC TO SAY THAT I ACCEPT THE AMOUNT OF PPI AND DROP IT INTO MY NEAREST BRANCH 10 MILES AWAY!!! 35% PLUS VAT TAKING IT TO 42%, NEARLY HALF OF YOUR MONEY!! AVOID... AVOID... AVOID...

Lost papers I sent them 3 times. Spoke to one girl who was so rude. Still nothing. Sent papers again with copies of back up ppi details. Eventually I have been notified by the insurer of the claim amount. 35% plus VAT I don't think so! I will take it higher. Like many other people they are asking for settlement even though I haven't received it.

Avoid this company, they take 35% +VAT and bill you before you even get your settlement. The staff are rude and unhelpful.

Just been told i have to pay 35% plus vat after they said it was 24% told them to go through my recorded calls to prove this I'm waiting for response never recommend this company gill spooner warrington

I seem to be another person swindled by their high percentage cut. I know I wasn't told it was 35% plus VAT (I remember it being 20%) but signed so many forms, most were 'if anything has changed tell us, if not sign and return', so have inadvertently agreed to this. They have ended up taking 42%!!!!! Please do not use them, do it yourself, or find a cheaper compny. Good luck.

Absolutely disgusting, the money they take from you plus having to pay tax on top if you can do yourself.Martin Lewis site tells you how only found this out after I applied with this awful company.

I do not normally complete these reviews but in this occasion I felt I needed to. Claim Eazy repeatedly “ lost “ any forms I returned to them. Their claim that you do not need to do anything is simply not true and I was reluctant to commence one of these claims from the onset but was persuaded otherwise. Their communication became almost harassment and despite asking them to cancel the claim, this fell on deaf ears. I suffered emails, telephone calls and written communication. I was asked to pay money even though I had not received my compensation, which was minimal. The communication and harassment has now started up again when I thought I was free. I am an intelligent adult and by no means vulnerable but still I can’t shake them off. If you are considering making a claim please do your research and look at reviews.

Robbing fools. I was always told 20% was what theh took but due to a technicality they are taking 35%. It took over a year for a claim. They dont keep in touch with you as to what's going off and they speak to you like poo on the phone. AVOID
