“I was quite disappointed with my experience at Bento Cake. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I noticed hairs on the piping bag tools, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the piping tips provided were dirty on the inside, and no learning tips or tricks were shared during the session, which was disappointing given the price of £45.
The session also started late, and the organizers appeared unprepared, causing the group to wait around for about 20 minutes while they set up. This should have been managed beforehand to ensure a smoother experience for participants.
Overall, I was really expecting more from this class, and I don’t feel it was worth the cost. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future sessions.”
“I attended the class in Leeds with my mum after buying it as a Mother's Day experience gift. The process of booking right through to the day was seamless and professional. The presentation of the room and explanation of the day ahead was clear and well managed, it was such a fun experience with lots of knowledgeable information without being overwhelming, the bucks fizz on arrival was a lovely touch too. We had a great time trying each scent and combinations, we never felt rushed at all and chatted to others attending the day too, it had such a good positive atmosphere. We opted for the platinum package and the box and atomiser are great quality with a range of colours to choose from. Very highly recommended, a unique and personal experience.”
