“I was bought the experience for my last birthday and I’m thrilled that I finally got around to booking my session. Our teacher Milo was excellent, the explanations were clear and we were allowed to have a go within minutes. The time flew and my partner and I enjoyed creating an assortment of pots. Thankyou, I’ll definitely have to have another go in the near future. We can’t wait for our pots to be delivered.”
“Class was cancelled 1hr 20mins prior to the start. Unfortunatley due to travelling to the meet point I didn't see the message until I arrived. It was a birthday present for my daughter and her friend so not ideal. A refund has been offered by the artist but unsure how to get this via ClassBento. I only receive requests for a review and have not had a response to my email to ClassBento. Artist has been responsive so that is a positive and has kindly offered to contact the relevant person for the refund on my behalf.”
