“Our entire class except for three people were 15 minutes late due to weather, and they wouldn’t let us do the class. Nor did they offer us to reschedule or provide any type of refund. The teacher was rude and could not have cared less about the money spent or effort made to bring our families to the class. Will never give them another pound based on customer service.”

We had tried YouTube but found it soooo much easier to have a face to face lesson where you can get feedback and someone can see the mistakes you’re making. Joey and Chrissie are both excellent teachers and made the course fun and interesting. They were always happy to answer questions, repeat the skills if we were unsure and give advice by email.
