I was a little nervous at the beginning since I’ve never done something like this but the energy of the room and the meditation helped me. I recommend it to anyone! The only thing I would add is I wish the instructor would tell us where to purchase the powders that she uses but I’m sure it is her website! They did a great job of explaining things…I actually think I can make dumplings now and I’m not really a cook, my husband is the chef of the family.”
