“Order came kn time and fast but unfortunately no trigger sprayer with my item”

Hi Jordan, Thanks for taking the time to place the reveiw - we appreciate you. Unfortunatley the Koch Chemie FSE is not supplied by the manufacturer with a trigger spray, we have tried to make this as clear as we can on the product listing as your not the first person who has asked. We will pass on your feedback to Koch Chemie directly and hope that one day they may change to supply it with one.

Hi Anthony, I'm glad to hear your order arrived safely. I looked into your delivery, and the reason the iron remover wasn't included is that your total order amount, after the 10% discount thats you used was applied, it fell below the threshold for the free product. This is why it wasn't listed on your invoice or included. Kind Regards Team C+S

“Good range from people who are valeters/detailers as well as seeking stuff. Pleasant and helpful if you need to get in touch about an order or if visiting to shop or collect. Free delivery if ordering over a certain amount, but sadly no postage discount if that's collected.”

“to be clear this is not a criticism, clean and shined dispatched the items very quickly and I only submit this as I received a feedback email request. For a better service to customers I’d stop using Royal Mail it’s almost a week on and the parcel has not arrived, I missed a good weekend to clean weather wise where my order would have been handy. But this is on Royal Mail.”

“Easy to use and does provide very good beading. Unfortunately an annoying sheen on the windscreen also was a result. I would happily use again but would leave time to clean the windscreen afterwards”
