“Friendly, professional and good communication at all times. Hired the 6 yard skip and met with the driver on delivery (also very professional and approachable) whom placed it exactly where I needed it which is not always easy on a residential driveway with such a large vehicle to manoeuvre. Very happy with service provided and Abby in the office was also kind enough to assist with a slightly tighter window of delivery for me as I was not residing at the address and arranged for very prompt collection. You get the service you pay for and would have no hesitation in using Clearaway again.”

“Office were helpful and efficent, rather speak to person than PC especially as next day. Delivered next day, and picked up that same day. I live in quite a busy road, and both drivers delivered quickly and picked up quickly. the neighbours were pleased. Both lorry drivers were also polite and efficent. I have used you before a while back, but thats why I used you again.”

“We recently booked a skip with clear away and the whole process was so easy. I spoke with Lauren through online chat to place my booking she was very helpful and personable which is always a bonus. I called to make payment and spoke with Jodie again great customer service. Skip was delivered on time and exactly what we asked for and once finished with it I used live chat to arrange collection which was the next day. Fast and efficient service and professional yet personable customer care would definitely use again and recommend.”

“Had a bad experience at clearaway today. We arrived with a full load of general, x1 sofa and x2 mattresses. For some reason they wouldn't allow us to tip sofa and mattresses separately so doesn't effect the weight of the load. Instead they charged separately and added the weight onto the load which doesn't take a genius to work out that it added to our weight. I then left removed the said items and returned into the site onto the weigh bridge and was refused entry. Be careful tipping here guys they are overcharging on set price items and staff at the window are very snotty rude and unhelpful. They have now lost a customer and I will be advising all other firms I know not to use their services.”
