I’ve worn contact lenses for about 20 years and have been a Clearly customer for over a decade. Recently, I had a serious issue with Clariti one-day lenses: roughly 1 in 5 caused eye irritation. Some lenses had small tears, and in other cases the packaging opened unusually easily, making me question the seal quality and potential contamination.
When I raised these concerns with Clearly—issues that should at minimum be reported to Health Canada—they dismissed them. I asked to return the lenses and receive newer stock, since manufacturing problems are often tied to specific lots, but instead I was given the runaround. After more than 25 emails, Clearly kept circling back to the same repetitive questions without offering a solution.
After this experience, I will not order from Clearly again. They do not stand behind the quality of the products they sell.”

No response not a single word!! I would never suggest anyone to order from here. very disappointing after spending 300 dollars with uneven looking glasses on face”

“I ordered a pair of glasses from Clearly that developed a strange flaw in the corner of one lens. It spread and started to get in the way of my vision. I contacted them and was treated with complete disrespect. They asked the same questions repeatedly and asked for information that had nothing to do with the issue. They are now claiming they can't replace the glasses as my eye prescription is out of date. So why did they issue the glasses in the first place if this was a requirement? We can't all afford an eye exam every two years. They're simply looking for excuses to not issue a replacement pair. This company has gone downhill. I'll never buy from them again.”
