“I ordered a pair of glasses from Clearly that developed a strange flaw in the corner of one lens. It spread and started to get in the way of my vision. I contacted them and was treated with complete disrespect. They asked the same questions repeatedly and asked for information that had nothing to do with the issue. They are now claiming they can't replace the glasses as my eye prescription is out of date. So why did they issue the glasses in the first place if this was a requirement? We can't all afford an eye exam every two years. They're simply looking for excuses to not issue a replacement pair. This company has gone downhill. I'll never buy from them again.”
