“SHOCKING POOR SERVICE- We had a bathroom install whilst away for 2 weeks , came home to a mess , and had to beg for a toilet to be working on our return as this was not done day before arriving home , not even a toilet seat . It took nearly 6 weeks completion poor customer service , faulty products, damaged products and suite different colours . Ignored emails and refused to come and inspect bathroom reporting it must be our lighting . Plumber doesn’t now respond . The fitters are self employed despite wearing clearly interiors uniform so the come back is non existent. The drawings you get prior to purchase “ are only a visual illustration which may not be like the finished result” they said ?. Clearly interiors Burnley are not on Trustpilot nor register with ombudsman . NO WARRANTY NOR RECEIPTS OR INVOICE PROVIDED AT END. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE !!.”

“Poor customer service. Our kitchen was left incomplete and project manager Stuart never contacted us to say why or when it would be finished. It’s now been over a month and he is either “on holiday” or “in a meeting” when we call.”
