“The replacement filter took forever to prep. The bag they give you is useless when the water isn't even filtering through it. Total blockage. I finally screwed the replacement filter on the pitcher and filled the reservoir 3 times because I refused to hold the prep bag forever waiting for water to drip throught it. My filter that came with the pitcher on my initial purchase did not do that. Im glad I found a work around the slow prep time otherwise I was returning it and looking for another water filter brand.”
