“The tweed dog bed itself is a good price, well made and liked by the dogs. I would recommend. The Evri delivery is what let the service down. It took ages to arrive when it could have been here very quickly by Royal Mail.”

“Product (cushion bags) seems good but the first parcel was lost in the post. Customer service were slow to, or didn’t, respond to emails/phone messages chasing the missing delivery but when I spoke to someone he was very helpful and sent replacements on next day courier delivery, as I wanted them urgently”
