“How wonderful to find a company who still have real people on the end of a phone! Extremely informative and helpful. I was made to feel like a valued customer despite my tiny spend. I arranged for Royal Mail to collect my order as it was so small; Clearway packaged it appropriately and it arrived in perfect condition.”

“The strip curtains I ordered perhaps took a little longer to arrive than I had expected, but they were perfectly cut and assembled, and packed well. Cannot fault the product in the slightest. The strips are meant to help stop wood dust going from a small workshop, so I have a double row of them a few inches apart.”

“Very poor service from them, Website said 3-5 days delivery, Once we asked for an ETA a few days later we were told 2 weeks, Cancelled the order and placed an order elswhere to then be told they had magically started production and they wouldnt be able to cancell the order after we had already cancelled it. Amy the manager in the customer care deartment was very rude and hung up the phone on me twice. I managed to get throught to Michael who was extreamly helpful but Amy couldnt keep out and wouldnt let Michael deal with the issue. I feel he should be in the senior postion not Amy. (Wish all the other staff who have to work with her well)”
