“ I have placed my oder on Friday and today is Monday, still have not recieved an sms. What I understand with click and collect should be easy and not something I wait as if I'm waiting for delivery. Truth be told dischem is better than this when comes to online shopping. ”

“ I placed an online order via the Clicks App on November 29th.Worst decision ever. You can message,call,rant on social media and still not receive your order. A message is sent via the app everyday indicating that the order is out for delivery but I haven't received my order to date.Clicks online service is a nightmare!!!! ”

We spend thousands in your stores every month, and we deserve better for that. Your team sucks and with the little experience I have, I’m certain I could do so much better cause customer service is everything!! ”

“ I made a purchase online with Clicks, the day they were supposed to deliver, they refused someone else collecting on my behalf as I was at work, which I understood if its according to their policies, then their courier company called to change the address to my work address, in order for them to deliver, which I did give them, I also told them to deliver before 15:00 as I knock off at 15:00, which they agreed, but during the day I was supposed to receive my delivery, I reached out to them but couldn't get through, until using the email, I sent my email at around 14:45 and they reassured my delivery is on the way, I had to wait at work until 16:30 only to find out that the address wasn't changed, still couldnt receive my order. ”
