im giving Clicks online a one star rating only because a zero is not a option.....absolutely pathetic service so online item shows in stock so i ordered that item x 3 specifically and one other small item to round off amount .next day i receive a email that the main items i ordered are out of stock this is a month ago still no refund i called four times since and still such poor communication i wouldnt advise anyone to buy online such a waste of time ,money very bad

When I requested a refund I was informed that that will take another 17 days.

We ordered online and our items was delivered to the wrong address and we are hoping to get our items back or at least a refund we wil no longer be shopping online at click we will rather shop in store

I requested to rather have my order cancelled because it makes no sense to receive it a week later and they said I will need to wait to receive the stock then take it to the store to request a refund! For something I haven't received yet and would rather go in store than to wait so many days? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Honestly the worst online shopping site.

If you purchase something from Clicks and end up throwing away your receipt. Service to resolve is atrocious. Because you don't have your original receipt even though you use your Clicks card they will not refund you. It's a shame ..in future will not be buying anything from Clicks.

It is supposed to be a 3-day service, so when there was no movement on day 2 I called to cancel and ask for a refund as the parcel would only reach the destination 5 days after the fact.

Worst Online shopping experience ever! I placed an order and upon checking out and reviewing there website, I was supposed to receive my order within 1-3 working days and now 2nd week is gone and they don't deliver in weekends. Secondly, I'm still waiting for the refund of the overcharge. The discount they advertised was effected and only noticed after having processed payment.
