“Very bad customer service. i have created a support ticket 10 days ago, contacted their online chat service , and they promised me that a support agent will reply to my email, till this time , i have not got any reply. Beside they do not provide a phone support, they even do not respond to the email support !!!! My support ticket number is : 11633”
“My experience has been great so far. My previous provider went out of business. And ClickSend was easy to migrate my contacts and has even more capabilities then I was use to.
There customer service chat bot is a real person and helped navigate me to the answers I was seeking. They even emailed me a transcript of our conversation. Excited to continue to explore all the functions and expand how I connect with my audience.”
“After using the system for several months, we were forced to disable all automation/ scheduled SMS due to them randomly being sent on its own, which caused massive disruption amongst our clients.
ClickSend were very slow to look into the issue, which left us with no SMS system until the issue was fixed. During this time ClickSend had very poor customer service as we had to wait days for a response.
After they claimed to have fixed the issue, this was not the case and many customers were sent inaccurate information once again.
Leaving us with no choice but to switch to an alternative system.”
