“I have dealt with Climbing Anchors for years and have made many purchases of various types of Climbing gear and always found their staff to be friendly and helpful in my dealings with them. I’ve also found that most items I have ordered from them have generally arrived pretty quickly. Although this time around, on my most recent order, there was a problem which was overlooked, after contacting them in order to correct the error, with thanks to their team of staff, it was quickly corrected and resolved, which is just one of the many crucial parts of customer service in any business or industry! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering to order or purchase any equipment from them! Thanks again to the Climbing Anchors staff!”

“Must say not happy with no return policy on harnesses..You got a good thing going people buy harness dont fit and cant return , Gumtree , Marketplace littered with new harnesses..I bought Petzl Corax , exact same size , same model, same brand , everything exact as i have already a Petzl Corax size 1.... i checked and double checked before buying and Petzl changed design slightly and harness to small..Very dissapointed as i now have to sell , lose money and buy another harness.. Something you need to look at Climbing Anchors.. I will buy a new harness somewhere else.”
