“It's only 4 stars because it's hard to believe that little lumps of plasticy stuff can cost that much. BUT, that's not their fault. They are super quick, helpful and deliver what's ordered. That's all you can really ask for. And they look like a nice bunch of people too.”

“I have dealt with Climbing Anchors for years and have made many purchases of various types of Climbing gear and always found their staff to be friendly and helpful in my dealings with them. I’ve also found that most items I have ordered from them have generally arrived pretty quickly. Although this time around, on my most recent order, there was a problem which was overlooked, after contacting them in order to correct the error, with thanks to their team of staff, it was quickly corrected and resolved, which is just one of the many crucial parts of customer service in any business or industry! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering to order or purchase any equipment from them! Thanks again to the Climbing Anchors staff!”

“order was packaged and sent quickly but for some reason the package sat at the sydney depot for a week with no movement when tracked so it took over a week to come to the mountains.”
