I am writing this review to offer insightful information that I hope will assist you in making an informed decision about the process for Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplant at ClinMedica. I had FUE(Follicular Unit Extraction) and DHI(Direct Hair Implantation) with CHOI pen transplant for front hairline and eyebrow on 5th of March 2024 and even though a final assessment on the work is still very premature, I am in the position of informing you about the process and what to expect during the procedure. Upon reviewing the ClinMedica's website, I noticed four hair Implantation plans: Sapphire FUE Basic DHI Classic DHI Advanced DHI I specifically chose ClinMedica for the option to select a plan where the entire procedure was performed by the doctor. The Advanced DHI Choi Pen plan outlined that the consultation, hairline design, FUE micromotor extraction, and DHI implantation using NEW Choi pens would be conducted by the doctor. It also promised NFI needle-free anesthesia. After I made my payment, I noticed that the website's content changed, so I contacted the coordinator and he reassured me that our agreement would not be affected by the changes. I also expressed my concerns about the doctor's availability to perform my entire surgery, especially since another patient's procedure was scheduled for the same time. Again they reassured me there would be no issues with my surgery being performed by the doctor, so I chose not to complain further at that time despite having reservations. Here is my experience and the issues I encountered: In my communication with the coordinator there were a lot of transparency issues. The consultation and hairline design were performed by the doctor as expected, but the anesthesia was not needle-free as promised, and the needle anesthesia in eyebrow area specifically was very painful in my case. The FUE micromotor extraction was NOT performed by the doctor, which concerns me regarding the donor site's healing process and scarring patterns. The donor area looks over harvested and does not blends in seamlessly even though there were only 2000 grafts extracted. The Choi Pen implantation was NOT performed by the doctor, which concerns me regarding the density and correct placement of grafts, as well as the proper use of the Choi Pen and hair follicles. The Choi Pen allows for an implantation density close to 80 grafts per square cm, but mine appears to be only at half density. The typical use of the Choi Pen is as follows: Grafts of 1 hair follicle for EYEBROW: implanters with a diameter of 0.6 mm. Grafts of 1 hair follicle for the HEAD: implanters with a diameter of 0.8 mm. Grafts of 2, 3, and 4 hair follicle: implanters with a diameter of 1.0 mm. The eyebrow extraction was not conducted as previously agreed upon, lacking the specific approach tailored for thin, slow-growing hair. I anticipated the extraction of baby hair from the lower side of the neck hairline. It appears that the procedure was not carried out as a distinct operation, despite being billed for it as an additional service. The eyebrow hair implanter they used was the standard size and also i notice a lot of 2 hair follicle grafts implanted for the eyebrow which is not advisable as result looks very unnatural. I also want to outline that the whole procedure included less than 2000 hair grafts Even though I paid extra for the procedure to be performed by the doctor, this did not happen. The donor area appears overharvested, which should not have occurred considering the small number of grafts extracted. The implantation was not performed by the doctor as promised. In my case, the implantation density is half the typical standard, and the placement and orientation of the grafts seem very unprofessional. I hope this review is useful in guiding you to make the right decision.

Had a hair transplant with them, sent all photo's after it to keep up with "Aftercare" and because im not happy with the transplant as it was nowhere near what they promised they have ignored every message i have sent to them, the have provided absolutely no aftercare whatsoever and after they have your money they do not want to know you, they can see from my photos that it is not what was promised and thats why they are ignoring me, avoid this clinic at all costs they will take your money but will give you nothing after the transplant is complete!!!
