“Please be aware that this company doesn’t accept returns unless the hair package is untouched. Therefore expect that if you order the wrong colour or item , you will end up loosing your money . I’ve ordered hair that came up extremely heavy and uncomfortable . I’ve asked for a return on the next day to exchange it for a lighter item which was approved so I posted the item back. After more than a week , I’ve had a reply that they cannot accept the item because it is not in a re-sellable condition and the ' hygiene seals are ' not there . How are you supposed to see an item if you don’t touch the package , and why you made me send the item when you saw the photos which you approved ? PLEASE AVOID ORDERING AS YOU WILL ONLY LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!”

I have ordered hair from here numerous times and I have never been pleased. Of course the hair is great at first but after the first week that’s it. The quality goes down hill very quickly.
I have never had extensions that shred as much as clip hair. The amount of hair you loose from the extensions is TERRIBLE, it honestly now worth paying the money. The prices are good however I found myself having to buy new hair every month.
I have been wearing extensions for over 10 years now and I would highly recommend paying more for a better quality. Therefore, don’t purchase from Cliphair.”
