“Purchased 5 litres of mercedes arctic white paint+activator, bodyshop 40 years in business says it is impossible to use, after three coats you could see through the paint like painting laquer was the comment and they said it's the worst paint they have ever come across, fortunately they only sprayed the bonnet but this has cost me a further £250 to strip the bonnet and buy new paint, please contact me at taffzee@outlook to discuss a full refund as these goods are not fit for purpose, I am willing to take this to the ombudsman should I not receive a full refund and will also claim for additional costs of stripping the bonnet and suppling the correct paint.
