“The start it was a great service and paid for a year well now my domain is expired and i've been trying to last few months to pay but keep getting errors then when i go into my billing to add new payment it just says
"Your account is undergoing maintenance as part of our billing system upgrade. You may experience difficulties in updating your payment method or managing your subscriptions for the next 24 hours. Please try again later."
right now my domain is expired and offline with all my services and still can not make a payment, made a ticket but who knows if they will help.”
“This rating and your overall rating reflect your company and customer service.
Cloudflare made my website so slow that at times I couldn't log in to my site backend let alone visitors being able to access the front end. I should have never taken up subscriptions what an utter, utter mistake I made. As soon as I released my mistake (in less than 48 hrs) I cancelled my subscription and requested for a refund. The T&C make sure you are not returned your first month whether you cancel 1 minutes after creating the subscription or 5 days. I swallowed my pride and accepted this although I would note any company worth their salt should be willing to refund if you realise the product isn't right with 24hrs. Reasonable cancellation periods are not cute addons but a sign of trust! (note to self)
To add insult to injury after cancelling my subscriptions they surprised me with a booby trap - they hide the "20 page rule" for pro account switched on. Thus meaning my subscription was not cancelled even though I had physically unsubscribed (something in my heart told me to cancel via email too just in case they try to bill me for a second month - and I have an email to confirm that my account was, in fact, cancelled the first time round) but guess who got paid for another month because the "20 page rule" was still switched on. Who on this earth cancels a subscription to stay onboard? This is painfully sneaky and dishonest?
I'm furious but reasonable and I will continue to pursue them for a refund of my second month and I would encouraging anyone looking for reviews before purchasing to think twice and for anyone in my position to seek legal advice if a reasonable and fair end outcome is not rewarded.
Cloudflare do the moral thing and right this situation

“We recently started using CloudFlare for Reviews.co.uk. Set up and support were excellent I would recommend. Using Cloudflare has actually reduced our AWS costs and stopped one DDoS attack.”
