I keep receiving spam email from them. Clearly GDPR does not interest them. So do not trust them with any data.

I ordered a car in February for estimated delivery end of May. I realised there was a national delay and so built in plenty of time before handing back my current lease car (to another company). It's now September 31st, 9 days before my current car is being collected and I am told I cannot have my ordered car!! BEWARE

Shocking customer service. I did not receive a call back on requested quotes due to the extras that we chose to add . The advisor felt that the quote was therefore a waste of time and was a lot of work for a purchase that was unlikely to go ahead. I have no idea how he is in a position to assess our affordability ? I have received a reasonable quote with all those extras from another provider who wasn’t rude therefore I have chosen to go with them.

The level of customer service and attitude in particular of Stefan was less than acceptable, in fact it was rude. Having submitted information requested which was inadequate, rather than calling and requesting further information or acknowledging what had been submitted, the application was termed by Stefan as being ‘too much work!’. In all the years of having leased cars I have never experienced such rude service and attitude.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way I was spoken to this morning by a member of staff. I cannot express enough how rude they are, I was asking for some quotes for some business vehicles and because it was obviously too much trouble they basically told me to stop wasting their time. Quite frankly if they deal with you like this at quotation stage imagine how you would be treated through the lease. I will not be contacting them again.

Sorry you feel that way Anonymous!- We did explain politely to you that expecting us to produce 19 different poorly defined quotes to help your market research is not something that falls within the bounds of what we consider to be reasonable- best of luck with you research elsewhere!

Unfortunately my dealing with the company has been a difficult experience. I wanted a specific car but when told that it would be 8-10 weeks delivery they kindly offered me a compromise "stock" car for a much earlier delivery, which I accepted. On the 21st August I ordered the car. Then told there was a glitch with Arval the lease company but the car was at the dealers 5th October. Just been told that the paperwork has finally been approved and delivery will be on the 29th October. My company was established four generations ago in 1898 and I have never had a poor credit rating in my life. However I feel CLVR have made empty promises. Be wary if dealing with this company as they are unable to deliver on time. I am going to check up whether it is possible to cancel the order as I don't trust that they will even deliver on the 29th October.

If I could give them half a star I would. Wanted to get a lease car and couldn't because of signatory issues. Was more or less told "like it or lump it" and then the man hung up on me. They must be making too much to be worried about it.
