“no email sent about when despatched like it says.you do goods arrived but original still box it came in was badly ripped and partly open box looked like its been kicked in on 1 side. very poor at best either done in transit or been kicked around warehouse for a while”

“I ordered materials last Wednesday for a Thursday delivery, paid an extra £4.95, today is Friday no goods arrived. Called the office and the young pleasant lady couldn't help but after she spoke to someone I have been promised next Monday delivery. Not impressed.”

“top quality gear from Progarm. However, I think I many need the larger size, not medium. CMT advsied restock fee was 25% (£50) which is excessive. also, the link on the website for delivery and returns has no information on returns, instead it is buried in the Ts and Cs. So whilst it is good equipment and was delivered promptly, I would not recommend using CMT”
