“Poor service overall. Confusing order process, substandard quality garments arrived. Supplier then kept asking for information they I had alread given them instead of talking to each other first. Exasperated by the end of it all.”

“Since you asked I'm not happy about the service as twice when we've bought 12no bottles of multisurface spray cleaner we've only recieved 1no and when I called to complain i was told that customers services would look into it and call me back. we are wondering if it's a misprint on the website either way we are short 22no bottles and if it hadn't been for us ordering more cleaning fluid we would have now run out of stock on site by now waiting for a reply.”

“We bears loss of 24pairs of gloves which is missing in box and we did order again suppose to come next day but it comes after two days. Not really happy.”

“top quality gear from Progarm. However, I think I many need the larger size, not medium. CMT advsied restock fee was 25% (£50) which is excessive. also, the link on the website for delivery and returns has no information on returns, instead it is buried in the Ts and Cs. So whilst it is good equipment and was delivered promptly, I would not recommend using CMT”

“hELLO - PRICE OF THE ITEM WAS GOOD HOWEVER, 1) I PAID FOR PRIORITY PICKING AND THIS WAS NOT DONE 2) I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND THIS WAS NOT DONE 3) ON THE NEXT DAY AFTER I WAS ASSURED OF A 3PM DELIVERY, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND I HAD TO STAY UNTIL ALMOST 7PM FOR DELIVERY 4) I WAS REASSURED I WOULD RECIEVE A CREDIT FOR THE PRIORITY PICKING AND 24H DELIVERY, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND I HAVE HAD NO RETURN CALLS TO ADVISE OF THE PROGRESS OF THIS, I DID FORGET TO LEAVE A REVIEW, THEREFORE WILL POP ON GOOGLE TOMORROW TO LEAVE AN ACCURATE ACCOUNT OF MY EXPERIENCE, THANK YOU FOR THE REMINDER.”

“I Placed an order I was informed next day delivery, I waited in all day no delivery, I rang to ask when I should expect it and was told sometime within one week, running behind with orders, I left the place unattended I was not informed that delivery was due, while no one was at the premises I received a telephone call from the delivery driver, I was 2 hours away, I could not understand the driver he was speaking a foreign language, I asked him to put the parcel at the back door, he dumped the parcel in front of the house on the grass verge, the paperwork he put on top of the gate outside in pouring rain. I would hesitate to use this company again.”

“Very hit and miss. I work on a site with specific delivery instructions and these seldom get passed on to the delivery driver, which is unfortunate as not following the instructions can pose severe consequences contractually.”
