“Absolutely shocking and no customer service or communication at all. I tried to get a work belt exchanged as the wrong size was sent out. I emailed several times with no response. I am glad I used PayPal as they went in my favour and issued me a refund.
I definitely do not recommend this company and will not be using them again!
