“Purchased a new Panasonic TX40EX700B 40"4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV from Co-op. They priced it £50 below anyone else in the marketplace, confirmed promptly, and delivered just as promptly to my doorstep. Pre-arrival call from the couriers to give me warning and carried to my front hall. Lovely product, well packaged and good service from Co-op.”

“Delivery day adhered to. One hour slot the evening before delivery. Men arrived within that time slot. They took great care of my large tumble dryer. A tight fit but they gently put it in its place and took all the packing away eith them. Dryer £50 less than a very well known electrical website. The co-op does not charge delivery. I will be using them again. Drfinately”

“I love the Co-op , for their ethical approach , and community involvement . This isn't a new thing ; They've been doing this for 150 years ,so their sincerity can't be doubted . Their new ad is superb , concentrating on community involvement , rather than how much everything is . Yes , they're a little pricey , but I'm prepared to pay , knowing the profits will benefit staff , customers and communities . They also genuinely look after their suppliers ,both here and abroad . Good on them , I say !”

“I found the web site had good pricing and was easy to use. It was easy to place an order on-line. They had free delivery on a Saturday and the delivery was ontime. Notification of the delivery slot was via a text message and a Email follow up. The delivery agent positioned the washer and dishwasher in the room of choice, which in this case was the kitchen of course. They took away all the packaging. I could not have asked for more. Truely Excellent Service! I note that others have had issues with the delivey drivers but i cannot recomend them enough. If it makes any difference to you the delivery was to Yorkshire so whoever delivers here is doing their job to my satisfaction! Unbeatable.co.uk By Neill”

“Excellent online ordering and delivery of my 32 inchTV.The only quibble is that they don´t give a timed slot for TV´s as it is a courier delivery so had to be up and ready by 7.am. TV arrived at 1-45.p.m. It could have been as late as 6p.m.. If this hadn´t been the case I would have given the Coop 5 stars. Otherwise a very easy transaction, good website, quick delivery within 2 days of ordering and I got the TV at an excellent price. Written On Unbeatable.co.uk By Lesley Eastwood”

“Very easy to order on line, kept informed at all stages even to receiving an e-mail sent at 5.30 am on day of delivery to inform that goods had been despatched, fridge arrived 10 minutes into time slot by 7.15am was installed and delivery people on their way to next customer all packaging taken with them. “Always helpful , polite and very chatty . Always a lovely experience , however when it comes to paying their staff , this is where they fail terribly and to call their staff liars is absolutely appalling”

“Ordered a Beko dishwasher. The delivery was two hours later than scheduled but I was informed about this over the phone. The guys the delivered it was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately they couldn't install my dishwasher because my flat didn't have a socket for it and it needed to be hardwired instead which they apparently couldn't do. Payed £20 for the installation. Hopefully I'll get that back.”
