“Ordered a washing machine and arranged delivery. Delivery bang on time. Delivery men great fun and very pleasant despite the early morning. Best value for my Hotpoint on the net. Cannot express how good the service I received from them was.”

“The co-op give an excellent service especially their delivery drivers, they are punctual and polite. I’ve purchased many things as it is so easy to deal with.It was the hottest day of the year today and the one delivery man collapsed from the heat is name was M.singh +Mandip Singh, I would highly recommend them both, Thank you for your help.”

“had a tumble dryer delivered today (bedfordshire)was due 11.30-12.30 and came at 11.45 two nice blokes,asked me if i wanted the packaging removed and delivered to my garage up the drive with no problem and had a bit of banter with them so my experience with co op delivery was excellent.”

“Really good prices and they even give further discounts if you have a co op card.when I ordered an item it was reduced before delivered and they refunded the difference in price.”

“I have recently renewed my kitchen so had to buy all new appliances, so I bought most from the Co-op as I am a member and get 5% on my Co-op card to spend within the Co-op as I had made a few purchases, I collected a bit of money to spend as I choose within the Co-op, I would highly recommend the Co-op for service and reliability, great customer service and very quick delivery a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. if in the future I need new electrical goods this will be my first stop can't rate them high enough”

“had a issue with first delivery .when i contacted customer services they done every single bit to resolve the matter .very polite and professional staff . compensated me for the inconvenience too . delivery team 2nd time was very professional and polite .took extra care for the laminate flooring and carpet.”

“Ordered a hotpoint washing machine I was given 1hr time slot and they turned up right in the middle of it two gents asked where it was going and could not have been any better if they tried. Really pleased with washer and delivery also web site when ordering. FULL MARKS TO ALL CONCERNED”

“Very pleasant staff in our local branch. Good range if products we always find what we need. Card only tills are sometimes a bit stressful, however we avoid this by using the staff based cash tills ( as do most card users). We shop everyday and enjoy the many reductions the company puts out.”
