I also thought they were a GB company but not. avoid them at all costs.”
“Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering, the body suits were basic not what was advertised, very small fit the large can and was like a small. Very bad customer service they asked me if I had anyone to give the bodysuits to and contact for further help so I said I am contacting for further I would like a refund. I’ve told them I have seen all these bad reviews and that I will be leaving one. £50 I spend on 6 bodysuits I am raging. Took 6 weeks to come, I’m not sure we’re they are based but there a joke!! None in the parcel I had one reply asking if there was an issue with their sizing policy, which to be fair there is as some are small, med, lge and others are American so you really need to know what size you want because rest assured you won’t get a refund!! “This company tries very hard to disguise that they are not based in the UK. Their website is an English site, their returns policy does not spell out that you will be paying postage to return to USA and they do not advise that your items will be shipped in from either USA or Singapore or Asia. I tried to cancel my order 12 hours after submitting it, but they only replied after my third email saying they ‘couldn’t stop the order’. When I complained (politely) they blocked me from their FB messenger (which I have read online they’ve done to other customers as well). They are dishonest and a nightmare to deal with. They offered me a £20 refund and I get to keep the items (that I originally tried to cancel). Avoid them, they are all over trustpilot and a site that evaluates if companies are a scam. Cocosummer is a HUGE fail.”
