“I don't like the fact that you have to wait so long for your supplement I've never waited this long for supplements. Not only is it costly,I didn't have a big order, it's one bottle! I have trichotillomania and I went through this with another company and ended up ripping all my hair out and I'm close to it again. I wish companies would specify how long it's going to take so that you don't order it until you can find someone to ship it fast. And I just read another review that said the same thing and paid for fast shipping and still didn't get it. And I live in New Jersey if it's coming from Florida I usually get anything I order from Florida very quick even California. it's very frustrating.”
“I’ve never received my order in less than 7-10 business days. Even when I pay extra for expedited shipping, it takes 5-7 when it should take 2-3.
In addition to their dreadfully slow shipping times (they went with the cheapest possible carrier to save costs), I’ve received several bottles where pills weren’t properly sealed. So they were all covered in powder.
The women’s multi vitamin also changed dosing/formula and they never emailed customers to let them know of the change, nor did they mention it on the bottle. When I emailed them about this and asked why they changed the recommended dose, why everything was cut in half, they couldn’t give me a straight answer.
I’m now shopping elsewhere. I just think the company is hiding something and I can’t stand companies that use DHL to ship things, knowing darn well that they never deliver on time.”
