“I ordered two boxes of Twinings English Breakfast (Decaffinated) 100bags.
Order number #CSD4397
Once they arrived I discovered that they’d incorrectly sent me caffeinated by mistake. Phoned and spoke to James, polite guy, whom asked me to send photo proof which I did as soon as I got off the phone. Then I receive an email requiring me to return the two boxes and once they’ve received them back they’ll resend out my order.
What a joke, so somebody in the warehouse marks off my invoice and sends the wrong items and I’ve got to take the time out of my super busy schedule to send them back ‘n’ then continue to wait for you to receive before you’ll despatch what I actually ordered originally. what kind of backward company policy is that??? Do you know the last time I went to my local post office I had to queue up for 40mins just to be able to use a self service till to post a parcel. Sorry no way!!!
What you should do is take the loss for YOUR mistake, NOT mine and right off the £20.04 cost and send me what I actually paid for without delay! Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I’m sure any prospective future customer reading this would agree that its ridiculous on such a small value order. The correct way to handle a discrepancy, or better still, take it out of the employees pay packet, THEY did make the mistake NOT me and THEY didn’t do the picking and packing job right that you pay them to do… correct?! I’m caffeine intolerant so it’s not as if they are even of any use to me.
What an abysmal business!!! I’ll take them to my local supermarket and put them into the white food bank bin for family’s and people on low incomes who are struggling. I’ll now buy the decaffeinated Twinings teabags elsewhere from a company that actually care about there customers when things don’t go smoothly. ANYBODY READING THIS - DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BE INCONVENIENCED BY THIS COMPANY IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES INCORRECT. JUST SAYING. AVOID!!!!!!
#I’ll remove this review if I’m not inconvenienced and I actually receive what I paid my hard earned money for. Not much to ask really!🤔”
