“I love the selection of products and love that it is brand focused so you can try many items from the same brand, which is especially nice if it is one you know nothing about. My only issue is that every other month I have to e-mail to remind you to send the box. I am in the Us. In all fairness you forget one month and then send it out early the next month. The forget and need an e-mail sent the following month. Given the regularity I am guessing it is a computer/programmatic issue rather than actual forgetting. Aside from that I am delighted with the box.”

“I have been getting the subscription box for years and have recommended it to loads people including my daughter. The products are really good with some items costing more than the box, but I have noticed lately some products are being repeated, and some boxes are all skin products, which can be ok, I got introduced to the brilliant Monuskin products, but then again in about 2-3 boxes time it’s all skin stuff again or the colour wow products. Think customers should get a choice if they want boxes just on hair, or skin or makeup, me I prefer the make up, but I get no choice. But I’m still going have it as o think it’s really good value for money, as like Christmas every month”

“I really like that this box provides products from different categories such as makeup,skincare,fragrances. I'm glad that I've subscribed to this box service. I've tried interesting things which I wouldn't buy by myself, because I haven't heard of them. There are luxurious brands and decent sizes of the products. I'm not really happy about the "safety filling"(that black paper pieces),cause it's quite messy and leaves stains on the products. Maybe that's because my Rodial collagen serum had leaked a bit. I'm still testing the service,but at this moment I'm quite satisfied. Hopefully, there will be a free delivery to my country one day😅”

“Although this box is on the pricier side, you do feel like you are getting your monies worth. Every month you can treat yourself to a luxurious pamper night, the brands/products are worth the splurge. The only thing I find strange is that you pay a month in advance so for the first month I was waiting a little bit for my box to arrive.”

“Second box and more pleased than the June one! I agree with a fellow subscriber that shipping is too expensive - I pay £12 for shipping to Belgium! Furthermore, as she said, I also received a broken eyeliner instead of a lipstick as mentioned in the leaflet (mistake in the leaflet? or the product?) However, on the other side, this is my second box and I have to say I am quite pleased. The HUDA palette is a very nice surprise and I can't wait to play with the colours. The other products are super nice discovery also! A good mix of makeup, skincare and perfume. Overall, I like this one =D”
