I have recently cancelled my monthly subscription box as it is no longer value for money or worth the monthly cost. Once again I received a box with products I had already received within the past 4 months. This subscription box service used to be so good. Not sure what happened, but it is no longer worth me subscribing to it anymore.

Nothing but Avant nonsense, which is cheap rubbish from a dodgy company cosplaying as a luxury brand. Don't make the mistake of googling it and thinking "oh wow this bottle is worth £70". They do that to fake the value for beauty boxes. Do better, Cohorted. Your customers deserve brands they can trust, not temu moisturisers with a fancy label.

Thought I'd give it one last chance and I'm now cancelling my subscription after 4 years. Just 5 small Avant items thrown in a cheap box Not sure what's going with this company now, as the last 2 boxes have been awful and cheaply packaged, certainly not worth £39 per month. I feel scammed!

What is happening with Cohorted?? I eventually received my beauty box this morning and the packaging was dreadful, it looked like something from Temu! Nothing luxury about it at all! Also, it had the same hair oil as last month, plus what only I can describe as previous boxes left over items.

Do not purchase a box with them… I waited 2 weeks, received an email that my box was delivered even though it wasn’t even send from their side… 4 emails later I receive the box and everything in it shattered….. Really not a luxury service, products are mediocre and very sad with how the overall situation was handled. Find a better option as this one was just terrible

I have subscribed to the Corhorted monthly subscription box on and off for a couple of years but this month’s box was unfortunately very disappointing as 3 of the 6 products received were the exact same as i received last month. I’ve always been super happy with Cohorted as their boxes have always contained skincare and makeup that I havent tried before. However, if next months box contains products i’ve already received, I will cancel my subscription as the point of a subscription box no longer serves its purpose for me. It was also disappointing that the last 2 boxes have arrived much later than expected.

Suppose to be high end luxury brands but mystery box had opened and used items. A £3 item is not luxury and multiple items in that range is disgusting. Highly disappointed and would advise others to avoid. Birchbox and glossy box are far better.

Super disappointed with this box really. I was looking forward to trying a range of Jorgobé products but was really disheartened to find only 3 full size products in the box and 2 small minis. I was hoping to try some new serum's or treatments but one product was a toner and the other was a scrub mask. This box was called back to basics and it was indeed a very basic box. :(

Very disappointed in the customer service I received after sending an email about my box not being satisfactory I will not be recommending or using this company again, unfortunately I have to give a star but would have given none if it were a choice

Honestly, don’t even bother, especially if you live in Ireland. To have it shipped there you pay I think 15£ extra, then on top of that you pay customs between 10-15€ so that your box ends up being around 100€ - all that for some tiny samples you get for free when shopping at Douglas. Takes too long to arrive as well. Customer service is atrocious, they have only given me standard copy-pasted responses, don’t answer the questions asked at all. They have charged me 3 times and I have received one box, so beware of the whole “one box in advance thing”. Not worth it at all, switching to a competitor..

Everything. I paused subscription before even getting my first delivery as it took so long to arrive and they make you pay a month in advance. No return process or address so they are basically not complying with consumer law

I ordered two boxes at the ideal home show costing me 50 pounds, they have not arrived and I can't get hold of anyone to speak to, I have sent numerous messages and heard nothing back

Do not use this company! I like many others gave my personal information over for a subscription I wished to cancle only to have them take money out of my account multiple times with multiple attempts to have my card details removed from their data base. Emails reassuring me it had been removed did not work. Do not make my mistake and trust this immoral company that does not adhere to the data protection act

I have been a long-standing customer with cohorted but recently cancelled my subscription with them which was also supported by me cancelling the subscription on my banking app. More than 2 months later cohorted have gone into my bank and taken £39.99 without permission to do so, they’ve emailed to apologise, said it was an IT issue and promised to refund me 6 days ago, the refund was not made and now they are not responding to my emails. Have been a cohorted customer on 2 seperate occasions as I like to take a break when my stock of products build up, I won’t be coming back to cohorted.

Too expensive for just couple of sample products. There is better/cheaper box available on the market. Not pleased at all. Delivery was late.
