Waited a long time for the box to arrive and it’s content weren’t as exiting as I thought it will be. Putting my subscription on hold.

Products are not as high end as advertised and only suitable of you have a medium Caucasian skin colour. I am quite pale and almost all of the products I have been sent are unusable, and the ones that were usable were disappointing. The box is always delivered later than stated when you subscribe and the dispatch emails sent days in advance of receipt of parcel by Royal Mail. Have subscribed for 2 months so far and each time have received far too loads of emails full of excuses about why things aren't up to scratch. A product was even missing from last month's box (MAC mascara sample) - and they are compensating by putting something extra in the next box but that's unfair if you have paid for it and the previous box was your last or only box because you paid for that but didn't receive it. Subscription cancelled pending delivery of the next box. I'm sure my friends with 'normal coloured skin are looking forward to receiving everything I can't use.

Please can you advise how I can get in contact with Cohorted? The customer service is appalling! I have sent numerous emails to the customer service line but I have received no communication, just the automated message. The telephone number keeps cutting out and I feel like I have fallen for a scam!

First month of buying the box alongside my mum and had terrible service. Was told it was an "attempted break in" although what does that have to do with the products? Very poor communication and from what i know so far very untruthful. Considering cancelling our boxes. Told we would receive a 'free' item in next months box as we lost out on a product which makes no sense as it was an "attempted break in" may i point out again. So i am unsure if we will receive one less item thsi month which means next months item isnt exactly 'free' as they say, it will be in actual fact an item they OWE us.

20 March no box Been given a shipment number but cannot track 5 off voucher ok no give me 5 off my next box. Will be looking to cancel this as two payments have gone out and no box has been received it better be worth the wait . Logistics need to be sorted this is reason I left Birchbox and one other . Can’t be that hard can it.

Ordered box Feb 2, 2018, on March 12, received email stating attempted break in. What does an “attempted” break in have to do with productivity. I live in the US, I had to pay £12 for shipping and $4.00 from my bank for the luxury of paying this company in foreign currency, on top of the £35. Still haven’t received the box. Received two emails, one stating I can £5 off my next purchase, they can’t properly distribute my original order why would I want to purchase a second time. The other stated yesterday my product is being shipped, however they have yet to receive the shipping information from the client. I have sent numerous emails to Cohorted, no answer except the generic ones of we received you email, high volume of emails at the moment, we will get back to you... never! Is it too much to ask for a company to send you what you purchased in a timely manner? I only purchased one box however, I very disappointing from a company which received such high reviews until recently, I would of continued the monthly payment if it weren’t for this

I order first beauty box 5th of February and they charge money like a normal i get receive to gmail that my first box it will be on 5th-10th March, but today is 20th of March and i still not get any box and funny thing is they charge me 1th of March for next beauty box so when i will get other one!!!!!??????

We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Cohorted. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in May, then your first box will be delivered in June. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your first payment in February was for your first beauty box in March. Please do contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk if you have any queries.

Order beauty box and took 3 weeks to arrive. Item NOT as described and was returned and received by them on 14 Feb. As at 17 March still NOT received refund dispite several emails promising refund being processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!😡😡😡

You can't get in touch with them, they don't ever answer emails. This month's box (February) was late and it was shockingly bad - the quality has gone downhill massively. It's not worth £35: a NYX contour set, a random brush, essential oil, a glow highlighter and a cheap eyeliner. Plus the quality of the box itself has massively deteriorated, the last two are cheap and barely stuck together.

This box was an absolute scam, all of the products bar one were trial/travel size and the one that was full-sized was available in stores for £20 less than the price quoted by Cohorted. The total cost of the products in the box was £25, far from the £133 quoted and £10 less than I paid for the box. This was my first box of what was a 12 month rolling subscription which has now been cancelled. Corhorted is a disgrace.

It's a not so cheap trick. It's not propper sized things you get but samples you can get for free in shops. I wrote that I wanted my money back for the next not all ready shipped box but surprise surprise I haven't gotten an answer

I’ve now cancelled my subscription. This was only my second box, the first I loved, but I really did not like the products this month. The shower gels, face wash all smelt awful. Maybe it was my mistake thinking a beauty box would have more make up in, but face masks, shower gel, creams are just not my thing and I’m not willing to pay £35 a month for shower gels and masks that I don’t even like. I wanted to receive make up that I wouldn’t normally buy and am pleasantly surprised by.

Honestly felt like this box was a total rip off! The only thing that wasn’t a sample was a face mist that had a awful online rating! Just felt like this box wasn’t in anyway worth £35 and it sells its self as a £135 box. The charcoal face mask was so weak it litterally didn’t clear my blackheads atall.

UPDATE Finally received my box today,contents:face cream SAMPLE(to use maybe 3 times),2 SAMPLE face masks(wtf!?!),SAMPLE body wash,body scrub and missing the body lotion which was supposed to be with them(waiting on an email back from them to what happened to it)the only product that kinda interests me at this point is just the Marc Jacobs setting spray SAMPLE. No make up at all just RUBBISH.good I have canceled my subscription! P.S. forgot in my last review to say about the fact that in my 7 months(it is 7 not 6)I have not received not even 1 foundation..

January’s cohorted box is a absolute rip off DONOT purchase! They tell you the value of the box is £133 yet they’re basing that value on full size products and they give u tiny ones! Absolutely no makeup atall! Decembers made me think this was a great subscription but il defiantly be cancelling

Placed an order for a box in December to receive my first box in January. Despite receiving an email containing a tracking number I am yet to receive anything. The tracking number states that Royal Mail are still expecting the parcel from the sender. I have emailed Cohorted Customer Services who have stated that the box was dispatched on Friday 12th January, which is obviously not true. Customer services have now stopped responding to my emails after I suggested there was some untruths being told. The phone number on the bottom of the email response is a recorded answer phone service instructing you to leave an email address and someone will be in touch. At this point I've paid £35 for a box that hasn't been dispatched and £35 for next months box upfront. I'm beginning to feel like I may have been duped and wont be receiving anything. 6 emails to customer services and I'm no further forward.
