They are quick to take your money in fact two payments.. so I have paid £70 but not yet to receive one box. I have emailed them and called but no answer. Terrible customer service is a scam for sure.

We are sorry to know you feel this way. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in February then your first box will be delivered in March. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk who can assist you to ensure your beauty box has arrived with you.

Signed up in February and still no sign of March box. If you're going to advertise a time frame of 5-15th of the month you should strive to meet that promise! I received an email to say it had been shipped on the 17th but still nothing. Now fear this is a scam!!

Signed up on 23rd Feb. Have paid for two boxes now and haven't received a thing, despite the fact that the March box should have been received by 15th March. Have contacted customer services via email and through the website and have had no response. I suspect they are inundated judging by the number of negative reviews I've seen over the last week. My fear is that something has gone spectacularly wrong and they'll just disappear without trace.

I was charged on February 1 for the March beauty box. I know that the boxes go out the following month so that's not a problem. It is now March 17 and I still have not received my box but I will give it a couple more days because I am in France and it might take a little longer. The thing that I have a huge problem with is the fact that no matter how many Emails I sent to customer service, I never got a response. I have also read that there is a phone number published on Facebook which is never answered. I don't understand why this company refuses to answer emails and refuses to answer the phone. I would have been a customer for life but I cannot deal with the stress of not being able to contact someone and being reassured that my box is on the way each month when I get nervous and don't see it. I have also read a lot of reviews which said that people never received their boxes due to issues with them getting lost in the shipping. But yet they couldn't contact the company to get it resolved. Especially given the fact it is expensive.

Beauty Box still not received and terrible customer service. I subscribed to Cohort based on a comment or review from a beauty writer and the company's professional looking website. My subscription started on the 3rd of February and I was aware of the one month in advance. It is now the 16th of March and I have still not received my first box... Their website clearly says that "your first beauty box between the 5th and the 15th of the following month". I have tried to contact them via Facebook, Twitter and email. The 0800 number on their Facebook page does not work... It is interesting there is no facility on their Facebook page to write reviews. I finally received an email this morning to say they are continuing to send out the beauty boxes this week and that they had emailed me - no evidence they sent this as I have checked junk mail etc. I now fear this is a scam and that the company is genuine. Having looked at TrustPilot reviews, others are saying the same. I also wonder if this review site has been written by them. PLEASE DO NOT SUBCRIBE AND LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Trying to contact you and no response. Sent several emails and auto reply saying high volume of emails. Messaged on Facebook and Twitter. Very concerned this company is still in business and genuine - no contact number either. Please do not subscribe to this company at the moment as they have my money and I have no beauty box...

Boxes meant to be shipped 5-10th of the month. Still not heard anything and it's now the 15th. Tried to email and contact on twitter with no response.

Appalling - attempted to cancel the box multiple times (they don't make it easy; it's almost like they don't want you to be able to!) and when I finally succeeded I was still charged for the next two months (£70). No response from customer service, although two boxes mysteriously arrived in the post much later...I suppose they think sending boxes of TK Maxx clearance tat is an acceptable way to patch things up, rather than refunding me my £70?

I signed up in January after reading so many good reviews, however it's now February and I've received no boxes but been billed twice. I'm just disappointed and out of pocket!

We are sorry to hear this. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in January then your first box will be delivered in February We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 10th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. I've been charged twice, and i still didnt receive anything. Its 4th of February and i dont even have my January box, nothing..i wrote 15 emails and didnt get any response, tried calling its not working. this is a total scam, im left without money and i m left with no beauty box. this is ridiculous. i hope i will receive the boxes, but its February and nothing...

The subscription process is awful. I unknowingly ended up with 2 accounts and was charged double subscriptions and was receiving double boxes which have to return. Tried to cancel without success. The phones are unmanned and response to emails is very poor. In the end have resorted to getting credit card company to put a stop on any further payments being taken from my account and credit card company claiming a refund on my behalf. I suggest anyone having similar problems does the same.

I subscribed to this box for two months about 5-6 months ago and I still have yet to receive either of them or any kind of response after at least 10+ attempts nor any kind of refund!!!! I'm have lost about $100 with them and I am so upset. I live in the US and they should not offer subscriptions to those living in the US if they can not fulfill them nor make any attempt whatsoever to resolve any kind of issue with someone from the US! They have such poor quality of service and I would not recommend this box to anyone.

Absolutely poor service. The worst service ever. Box always comes late. They never respond to emails. Everytime you send an email, you get an automated email sayin they're busy and will get back quick. But they never do. I have sent about 20 emails and recieved 20 automated emails back since early dec 2016 but not even 1 reply. I cancled my subscription in december including January 2017. I got refund for January. I returned my decembers box aswel which i was told i will get full refund after receiving the box. Box has been delivered to their returns address i have signed proof of receipt at delivery. Its been over 4 weeks stil not got my refund. They're not responding to any emails or answering any calls. Now im trying to delete my account from the website but unfortunately they don't have an option on there to delete account. Please stay away from this. Its a scam! Theyr nt even worth 1 star.

Very disappointed in what I received, I got two of the same product but I have already gotten before and the products are not exciting and the Clarins lip stick is not a shade that I was awa disappointed in what I received, I got two of the same product that I have already gotten before and the products are not exciting and the Clarins lipstick is not a shade that I would wear , The only thing that I will actually use in this box is the mascara ! Totally not worth £35 and this has to be the most disappointing box ever !!!

I was so looking forward to this months box but seeing 2 of the same products (face mask) was very disappointing. But the clarins made up for it... Untill I saw the shades... Metallic lip liner!? Really disappointed with the box that I in subscribed. Not worth £35 at all

The whole experience was a complete nightmare. This is my first and only cohorted box and the service was a complete joke. I signed up and sent an email over after they announced they'd be charging me twice before actually receiving anything at all, I contacted customer services and asked for the second payment to be cancelled until I'd at least had my first box, they replied two weeks later to say they had, which was great. Then low and behold charged my card again, fuming I contacted them several times before receiving a reply to tell me they'd refund me without an apology or explanation, I pushed to ask why and they said whoops my bad in sorts and said they'd send me an extra item to apologise. Then the wait, I had an email around the 6th to say the box had been dispatched, then another on the 14th to say it actually had been dispatched, turns out the first was just another lie. I finally received my box on the 16th and was highly underwhelm. - a couple of Clarins lipsticks that would be more suited to my grandma and run if the mill skin care I've received through Glossybox (which I highly recommend at £12 per month all in) I emailed about my additional product I was promised and was sent the cheapest crappest nail varnish they could scrape up two days later. I will not use cohorted again if my life depended on it. This is a very simple business model how they manage the sheer incompetence to butcher that is the only impressive thing about this overpriced joke.

I loved this beauty box at first. Very pricey, but worth it. Then one month it didn't turn up (couldn't get hold of customer services for 2 weeks), the next month they sent me 2 boxes by mistake. The boxes started to deteriorate towards the autumn of 2016. I don't wear eye shadow... I have 3 palettes, I am fair skinned and blonde and have 2 HD brows sets for dark/black hair. I cancelled my subscription in December, only to receive a January box today. I decided to do a companies house check and the company dissolved on 6th December 2016. Don't touch this with a barge pole!
