Haven't even recieved my box and it's nearly the end of the month January.. I paid in early December they said it will come January... erm where?

I subscribed to this box for two months about 5-6 months ago and I still have yet to receive either of them or any kind of response after at least 10+ attempts nor any kind of refund!!!! I'm have lost about $100 with them and I am so upset. I live in the US and they should not offer subscriptions to those living in the US if they can not fulfill them nor make any attempt whatsoever to resolve any kind of issue with someone from the US! They have such poor quality of service and I would not recommend this box to anyone.

Absolutely poor service. The worst service ever. Box always comes late. They never respond to emails. Everytime you send an email, you get an automated email sayin they're busy and will get back quick. But they never do. I have sent about 20 emails and recieved 20 automated emails back since early dec 2016 but not even 1 reply. I cancled my subscription in december including January 2017. I got refund for January. I returned my decembers box aswel which i was told i will get full refund after receiving the box. Box has been delivered to their returns address i have signed proof of receipt at delivery. Its been over 4 weeks stil not got my refund. They're not responding to any emails or answering any calls. Now im trying to delete my account from the website but unfortunately they don't have an option on there to delete account. Please stay away from this. Its a scam! Theyr nt even worth 1 star.

Very disappointed in what I received, I got two of the same product but I have already gotten before and the products are not exciting and the Clarins lip stick is not a shade that I was awa disappointed in what I received, I got two of the same product that I have already gotten before and the products are not exciting and the Clarins lipstick is not a shade that I would wear , The only thing that I will actually use in this box is the mascara ! Totally not worth £35 and this has to be the most disappointing box ever !!!

I was so looking forward to this months box but seeing 2 of the same products (face mask) was very disappointing. But the clarins made up for it... Untill I saw the shades... Metallic lip liner!? Really disappointed with the box that I in subscribed. Not worth £35 at all

The whole experience was a complete nightmare. This is my first and only cohorted box and the service was a complete joke. I signed up and sent an email over after they announced they'd be charging me twice before actually receiving anything at all, I contacted customer services and asked for the second payment to be cancelled until I'd at least had my first box, they replied two weeks later to say they had, which was great. Then low and behold charged my card again, fuming I contacted them several times before receiving a reply to tell me they'd refund me without an apology or explanation, I pushed to ask why and they said whoops my bad in sorts and said they'd send me an extra item to apologise. Then the wait, I had an email around the 6th to say the box had been dispatched, then another on the 14th to say it actually had been dispatched, turns out the first was just another lie. I finally received my box on the 16th and was highly underwhelm. - a couple of Clarins lipsticks that would be more suited to my grandma and run if the mill skin care I've received through Glossybox (which I highly recommend at £12 per month all in) I emailed about my additional product I was promised and was sent the cheapest crappest nail varnish they could scrape up two days later. I will not use cohorted again if my life depended on it. This is a very simple business model how they manage the sheer incompetence to butcher that is the only impressive thing about this overpriced joke.

I loved this beauty box at first. Very pricey, but worth it. Then one month it didn't turn up (couldn't get hold of customer services for 2 weeks), the next month they sent me 2 boxes by mistake. The boxes started to deteriorate towards the autumn of 2016. I don't wear eye shadow... I have 3 palettes, I am fair skinned and blonde and have 2 HD brows sets for dark/black hair. I cancelled my subscription in December, only to receive a January box today. I decided to do a companies house check and the company dissolved on 6th December 2016. Don't touch this with a barge pole!

Cohorted boxes are so so disappointing. Month after month the boxes are late and there is always something wrong with the box. This month I'm missing a Clarins lipstick. December box was a complete joke...I'm in my twenties and ordered this.box due to the brand's that seemed to be affiliated with cohorted but instead I got candles and soaps no thank you. Good luck if you try to contact customer service as I have tried numerous times and never received a reply. I'm cancelling and finding another company who treat their customers better.

I signed up in December 2016 - payment was taken out of my account the next day but have not received anything. I just checked my account and they have taken another payment of £35 on 4th January and have received an email saying box was sent out and if i do not received it within 48 hours to contact post office directly. Post office cannot help me without a tracking number so I decided to cancel my subscription. Hopefully they will refund me the money :(

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in December then your first box will be delivered in January. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. I ordered goods on 14th December - Nothing arrived and website says the order is "on hold". I have tried to call the telephone number and its not live and I have emailed without response. I therefore assume its some sort of scam site

My first box in November arrived late and well it was ok not great. I then had my December payment go out one week earlier than it was supposed to, not a massive deal however when I queried this and asked another question Callum ignored the question on payments and told me my box would arrive soon. December's box not only arrived late but couldn't have been more boring if it tried!! I had been hoping for some Mac,Nars or benefit as a nice little treat and well when I say I broke the box down to put in my grandmother and mothers hampers I had made them you get the idea it wasn't really any fun for a girl in her 20's. With all the new boxes out there offering amazing value and products you would think Cohorted would step up their game! Needless to say I've cancelled my subscription and going back to glossy box and one of the new ones out there!

Delivery takes ages. Customer service is very poor, they simply ignore my emails. I unsubscribed in October but they still charged me and sent me another box, now I'm struggling to get a return.

Ordered and paid for items in full. Items were not sent and marked as 'on hold' but no explanation. Customer service is dreadful. Phone lines don't work/aren't connected. No response from facebook messages or emails. Eventually I had a response via email, but Conor couldn't access my order or account, so I had to inform him of my order. So I went into my account and copy & pasted the items, and sent them to him. Very odd.

First of all, I subscribed for their beauty box in November and was charged 35 GBP. I was informed that I will be charged for my second box on the 7th of December. So far so good... After not receiving any information from them regarding my box and seeing that I was charged for my second one (still not having received the first one) I decided to go ahead and contact them. Imagine my surprise when their reply was that they didn't ship to Bulgaria, well now that's interesting - given that I was allowed to register a shipping address in Bulgaria and I was CHARGED TWICE for something apparently they had no intention of sending to me..... I call that a complete scam! Let's see if I get a refund or you should expect another comment....

I subscribed in the end of September and was charged for the September box, which never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, they said the payment was for the oct box. But they charged me again for october! I recieved the oct box very late and was charged again in November for a box which didn't arrive. When I contacted the customer service, they said they are not shipping internationally anymore and I will get a refund for November. Now I replied and wrote many Emails that i only recieved one box and paid for 3. And they need to refund me for the other two. Still waiting for an answer. Auch an awfull experience! So I hope you refund soon, before I have to take other actions.

Awful customer service. My box never arrived and I was charged for it. I contacted them via Twitter and they gave me some very unclear (and condescending) spiel about how it would be a few days after the next month because of when I signed up so I waited for over a month... was charged again for the next period - still no box. Requested to cancel any pending orders (if they were actually ever going to send my box!) and for full refund - which they did process quickly (although they never replied to my email to tell me the refund had been actioned).
