Got sent an email saying my box was being dispatched on Monday (white box) by Royal Mail 48hour service.....well it's now Saturday and I still have no box! On the website it claims white boxes are sent out on the 1st of the month!

Disappointed. There was no 'hand tied ribbon' on my package. I was informed my box would arrive between the 5th-10th of the month yet I received my 2 days late. Sent an email to customer services asking for some answer regarding the beauty box, it's now 2 days later and I still haven't had a reply. Disgusting service. Will not be advising others to join

Have been over charged. Emailed four times and called and left a voicemail as you can't ever seem to get through to an actual person and still no reply

Firstly, I want to say how excited I was at the thought of receiving high end products. My first box was truly fantastic. Sadly however their consistency is poor and it's difficult to work out what age range they're aiming at. The quality went successively down hill to the point where we were receiving body shop products. Several boxes were missing either an item or booklet, one was damaged so much it was unusable. The worst part was just how bad their customer services are. They have a blazé attitude and a slow, reluctant response to anything you send them. Very poor service for one of the most expensive monthly boxes available.

Cohorted adjust your payments so that the are taken at the beginning of the month so you could end up paying for 2 in advance at the beginning. The customer service has been non-existent and I am still waiting for my March box to arrive

once I had subscribed, my first £35 was taken out, then a few days later another £35 with no warning, after having spoken to customer service they said it changes to the 1st of every month, but there was nothing to say in their t&c's that this was the case, boxes keep coming late, no-one responds to emails, I always have to call repeatedly before getting to speak to a human being, no tracking information given although you are paying £35 each box! products aren't as good as they used to be, I have since unsubscribed please fix your customer service, it is terrible and is the MAIN reason for not continuing with you. if I'm paying £35 p/month, the service should be top notch other beauty box providers cost less and give EXCELLENT service, hence why I will continue giving my money to them instead

Awful customer service, they take weeks to respond (even on Facebook messenger). I had an issue with one of the products in my beauty box, I sent it back, as told to by the customer service team when I complained. They told me they would be sending me two items in replacement which would be equal to the price of the item I sent back. Weeks went by with no reponse from the cohorted team despite persistent messages via both Facebook and email. In the end they finally told me they were going to send out the items. I received the parcel today which only contained one of the items (a Mac mineralise skin finish) in a completely different colour to the one promised me. I'm so disappointed with the quality of cohorted's customer service. Furthermore the beauty box has gone completely downhill with them now repeating products from previous boxes. The almost doubling in price of the box when it became a subscription has not increased its value at all.

My box was perfect best box on the market, What isn't perfect is cohorted taking double payment each mother £70 And very reluctant to refund 3 months in a row this happened to me, if I hadn't noticed that would have been £105 more they would have taken. Not a single aplogy, for the3rd month I'm struggling to get my refund Don't run a business if you can't deal with customers

I wanted to buy a specific foundation in a particular shade and emailed them beforehand to make sure they had it in stock. They replied quickly to my email saying yes it was, so I ordered 2 of them. Waited for over a week to receive my order, only to find they had sent me the wrong shade. Not only that but the shade I had ordered was out of stock all of a sudden on their website. I emailed them explaining the situation and how frustrated I was (they have no phone number). After two days of silence they sent me a refund via paypal and NEVER even bothered to reply to my email. Absolutely no explanation or apology whatsoever!!! Incredible behaviour. Worst customer service ever, of course will never buy from them again. I have now 2 foundations I don't need.

After long debates with Cohorted team via Paypal (they was saying that I received the box, even though the tracking info said that box has been returned to the business, meanwhile their customer service wasn't responding to any of my emails, nice job guys! ) I gave them a second chance and ordered October box, which came awful.. Almost all of the products does not suit me, and skincare? I thought Cohorted is all about make-up? Long story short, with this attitude towards your customers (not responding, not resolving issues, lying to them, as it was in my case), I don't know how crazy people should be to subscribe to your 35 pounds boxes, cause you won't return money easy, you won't take any responsibility if the box will come broken, or it will be stolen, or it won't come at all. It's just very sad that great idea is spoilt with the people who work in your company and poor job they do.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a pallette and beauty box on 17th August. It is 15th October and I have still not received my box. Noone has taken responsibility to my issue and have had to repeatedly tweet cohorted with little response. I cannot explain how appalled I am with the service. I am disgusted, and my issue has still not been resolved.

Very unhappy and have many issues. The first box I bought from Cohorted was the July box. An item arrived damaged and used so I tweeted and sent them an email and a message on instagram requesting a replacement or refund. No response but a week later I received a replacement box. I figured they'd just sent me a replacement but no courtesy of a response. Two days later, I received an email asking me to return the 2nd box as it was sent in error and that they would refund my postage - I saw all over Facebook that other people hadn't yet received theirs, presumably because they had messed up the order and sent some people it twice! I responded confirming I would return the 2nd box as did not want to deprive people that had paid of receiving one but would still like a refund for my damaged one. No response, no thanks (we're now in October!) and still no refund for my postage or damaged item. On the 01/10/15 I bought the subscription for the black and white box. Payment for both was taken from my account, there was no mention as to when the subscription would start so I assumed it started there and then. I am yet to receive either box or dispatch notification. Their website states dispatch is within 1 working day - 6 working days later and nothing! Somebody has suggested that this is for November.. seeing as this is a subscription that means on the 01/11 I would have made 2 payments for both boxes and still wouldn't have received one box as the monthly boxes take over a week to arrive! I have emailed and alas.. no response!!! POOR POOR customer service and business practice.

Shockingly bad customer service.. I order a lot of stuff online and I have never seen that level of ignorance. All emails to the customer service have been completely ignored, similar with tweets. My order has been send to the wrong address, despite the fact that I have updated address long time before order should be dispatched and then send emails to confirm it, and yes, also no reply. For relatively established retailer this is a diabolical customer service. Had to open a case with PayPal, otherwise it would not get sorted. Will never order from this ridiculous shop again.

I am somewhat of a makeup novice but when I read about the Cohorted beauty box online, I had to try it. So many high quality products for such a good prize! I received my first box in September and was not disappointed, and I was even more impressed by the beautiful packaging and reliable delivery. I hope I can continue to order the box for a treat every month - we all deserve it!

Ordered a beauty box, after 1 failed delivery I contacted Cohorted Customer Service to tell them that I'm not in UK and in my situation that would be great if they could send me my box via Royal Mail and not by Hermes, as Royal Mail gives me an option to pick the redelivery date by myself, but Hermes doesn't have such option. They've asked Hermes for redelivery, even though I told them that I wouldn't be at home to receive it. So, 4 failed attempts, customer service not responding, opened a PayPal case in order to get a refund. And they've told that my parcel had been deliver and signed. What a joke. I was not at home, they haven't left any notes or cards that the parcel is delivered to the neighbours or somewhere else, what a dodgy company. No refund, no box, customer service sucks.

I have been getting the cohorted box for about 6 months now, although it was a battle to get them the first couple were really good. I have noticed that each month the quality is deteriorating rapidly. The customer service is shocking, they don't reply to messages or emails for weeks. I have bought cohort items from the site and never received them, I sent various messages and only when threatened with a credit card dispute did they refund me. I agree with other reviews that some items seem out of date and I wonder if they are adhering to consumer laws.
