Absolutely despicable customer service.. Perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. The box is okay, however the (lack of) customer service has made sure I never purchase a thing from them again. Terrible!!!!

I was so excited about this box, however upon opening I could see that the quality of the items was very poor. The product cases were all scratched and dented they basically looked like second hand items. I know other reviewers have also mentioned this about the products. I certainly won't be buying anything from the store again which is a shame because the boxes earlier in the year looked great.

After all the hype I couldn't wait to receive my box. The Cargo product was totally smashed into powder all over everything else and the brush that was listed on the card was missing. Have emailed customer service but heard nothing.

August box is terrible! Unknown brands and 2 eye shadows are useless! Will not order this again!

Very poor. Sent me all the wrong products. Tried contacting your company 5 times!! No reply. Terrible customer service. Maybe you should try replying back to your customers.

I ordered my July box away back in April and it's now the 24 July 2015 and still haven't received it. I contacted them about two weeks ago and after a long delay they finally replied and said they would send out another one, still haven't got that either. I have complained and now waiting a full refund. Their customer service is appalling. There are more alternative and better quality beauty boxes than theirs. Ridiculous how they treat their customers.

Customer service is rubbish!! Tried to contact 2 times through online contact form - no reply! E-mailed - still no reply. Website keep crashing - impossible to order. " orders cancelled without explanation. Item missing from the order. Still no reply!!! What is going on ?

Still waiting for my box to be delivered sent several emails all of which have been ignored then I get an email asking me to send back a duplicate box what a damn cheek not happy what a disastrous experience sadly still waiting for a reply I guess it's going to be a while longer yet

Very poor customer service. I purchased my item on the 01/07; shipping guidelines advised shipping is expected within 1 working day, so I expected confirmation of dispatch by the 03/07 at the latest. I still hadn't received anything by the 07/07 so sent an email requesting an update. An hour later I received an email from the courier advising it was due for collection from Cohorted. It was received late on the 09/07. Overall, not a bad turn around time but it's worth noting I never received a response from Cohorted to my email chasing the parcel. Furthermore, if they are unable to ship within 1 working day and more like 5, why advise this? When I received my parcel one item was clearly used. It was damaged, had finger prints in and was missing a part of it. I sent an email that evening and tagged them in instagram. No response but I received another box on the 13/07. I assumed this was a replacement due to the issues with the one I had received and sent them and tagged them again on instagram saying thanks. Today (15/07) I have received an email asking me to return the second box as it was sent in error. So, the second box was NOT a result of good customer service but more so POOR business management. I have STILL not received a response regarding the damage and clearly the issue has not been addressed as the second box was sent to many people in error. I will be returning the second box as do not want to deprive another person of a box they have paid for, as I note some people are still awaiting theirs 15 days later. However, I do expect a full refund.

Why do you advertise the beauty box's then make it so difficult to pay then it disappears from your basket. Customer service don't respond to your email. You definitely need to do more boxes or get your system sorted out people are going to start to look elsewhere

It's funny how my original review has disappeared! So much for 100% of reviews going up on the review site. I ordered two boxes from Cohorted 1 arrived 1 didn't. When I emailed to find out what the issue is I didn't receive a response, I wasn't offered a replacement box just sent a refund. So much for customer services!

Was super excited to try one of your beauy boxes but after several attempts to try and purchase one only to find you were out of stock again I decided to contact you but no reply.... Bad customer service and not even sure if there is a coharted box... I'll spend my money else where. Thanks for nothing

My items were delivered to the wrong address! Instead of 144 it was delivered to 114. I tried to contact customer services twice and got no response! Eventually I went and collected my parcel from 114 to find it had been opened! Very disappointed!

I tried for June's beauty box at 6.00 pm and the web kept going around in circles I kept trying for hours the page still said get yours until you tried to buy and it said OUT OF STOCK? WHY WAS IT STILL SHOWING THIS DAYS LATER. EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT NO REPLY YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER COHORTED.

I received my order with one item missing and also one of my orders was broken in transit. I have tried several time to contact Cohorted but I still haven't received a response

after numerous times trying to get one the beauty boxes over 3 months they sell out while it is the basket!! How can this happen? I have tried contacting cohorted but you don't get a reply. A rubbish company if you ask me. They know these boxes are high demand so why don't they make more to keep customers happy and avoid negative feedback. I won't bother trying in future and will spend my money elsewhere.
