“I am seriously unhappy about ordering from Cohorted. I placed an order on the 31st of April and it was delivered on the 12th of June..yes JUNE! It was mainly about Royal Mail and their delivery practices but the customers service of Cohorted is just as horrible - they answer your email sometimes in a few days, sometimes in a week.. The products in the Beauty Boxes were melted and in one of the BB (My Little Treat Beauty Box) most of the products were completely different - even the brands, not just the shades.. When my complaint was finally answered (after several days), they tried to convince me, that it is ok that you get something different from what you had ordered and I am really their valued customer.. Thank you very much - Cohorted NEVER again..”

“Having just had a C Section, my cohorted box was waiting for me when I got home from hospital. Opening the box to find out what treats had been sent this month was great. The quality of the products and the thought that goes into what is sent is like no other subscription box I have received!”

“I loved the Huda lip strobe which is perfect for spring and adds a hint of shimmer! The shampoo and conditioner has made such a difference and I have had many compliments on how shiny my hair looks! Thanks Cohorted”
