“I ordered two boxes at the ideal home show costing me 50 pounds, they have not arrived and I can't get hold of anyone to speak to, I have sent numerous messages and heard nothing back”

“I have been getting the subscription box for years and have recommended it to loads people including my daughter. The products are really good with some items costing more than the box, but I have noticed lately some products are being repeated, and some boxes are all skin products, which can be ok, I got introduced to the brilliant Monuskin products, but then again in about 2-3 boxes time it’s all skin stuff again or the colour wow products. Think customers should get a choice if they want boxes just on hair, or skin or makeup, me I prefer the make up, but I get no choice. But I’m still going have it as o think it’s really good value for money, as like Christmas every month”

“Do not use this company! I like many others gave my personal information over for a subscription I wished to cancle only to have them take money out of my account multiple times with multiple attempts to have my card details removed from their data base. Emails reassuring me it had been removed did not work. Do not make my mistake and trust this immoral company that does not adhere to the data protection act”

“I have been a long-standing customer with cohorted but recently cancelled my subscription with them which was also supported by me cancelling the subscription on my banking app. More than 2 months later cohorted have gone into my bank and taken £39.99 without permission to do so, they’ve emailed to apologise, said it was an IT issue and promised to refund me 6 days ago, the refund was not made and now they are not responding to my emails. Have been a cohorted customer on 2 seperate occasions as I like to take a break when my stock of products build up, I won’t be coming back to cohorted.”

“Such great value! I've always been a little sceptical about subscription boxes but I've been so impressed with Cohorted. Their February Wander Beauty box was filled with so many great products. I've been dying to try Wander Beauty since I found them on Instagram but since I have combination and sensitive skin, I wasn't sure which products would work for me. This Cohorted box was perfect since I was able to test everything out for a fraction of the cost of buying the products separately. The package came so quickly too. All the products are such good quality but I’m in love with the Wander Glow Getter Mist. It’s lightweight and gives me such a nice dewy glow.”
