they don't replace any damaged item you bought from them - they also shipped item badly - not well protected to prevent damage in the mail. The money you paid is well gone even it was not your fault

This is a scam do not buy. You will receive junk jewelry straight from China. Not from LA as advertised. They sent me stainless steel 23.00 at Amazon. Instead of one made of titanium.

This place is a joke! First, we paid extra to have the ring shipped in 3-5 business days and we received it nearly a month later. Second, we ordered a size 11 and received a size 7. The ring looks like cheap plastic. We contacted customer service and we have to pay to ship it back to Hong Kong and pay a 25% restock fee even though we received the wrong item. They also do not offer a phone number to call, you have to email them. Buyer beware!

This company is fraudulent . The ring I purchased as I gift I would be embarrassed to give it . I'm going to through it in the trash. It absouletly is not titanium and the Batman symbol on it looks like it was made buy a child's etcha sketch toy. I can't return it because I had engraving on it. I honestly thought it was going to be gorgeous it's junk yard scap buyer be where

This company is fraudulent at best and most likely some kind of extortion racket for the Chinese underground. I ordered wedding bands with express delivery and engraving. When we did not receive a shipping number in the likely window needed for us to receive our rings in time, I tried to contact the company to verify status and delivery or cancel. They had no contact info rather than WhatsApp for customer service which was odd but likely because they label their location as California on the website but they are not. They are in China and they apparently did not think it worth the investment in their credibility to use a forwarding US based Google number. 24hrs later I received a notification saying that rings were custom made and would take longer than what the delivery date called for. I notified them that I would need to then cancel the order. That should NOT have been a problem for customization or engraving since they were not yet produced. They refused, so I disputed with my bank. They looked me up on social media and then threatened to slander me with my employment if I did not fulfill the order that would not arrive on time. (I'm on the Leadership team BTW, we talk all the time and they had the real time dirt on this scenario). The bank investigated this BS company and they were unable to produce a shipping number and I was then credited my full refund for the rings. There is justice in this world sometimes. I'm only writing this review because these knuckleheads actually spent $7.4 each on 3 separate hand made and taped envelopes to my company to repeat the same poorly written, bogus letter to my Executive team. In this ridiculous letter attempting to discredit my ethics and character, they highlighted everything such as a Tracking number that was blurry (I never received the rings). The likely bogus ship sent date was 2.5 weeks AFTER our wedding. They also sent screen shots of the WhatsApp chat where I clearly cancelled the order in the same thread where they said that they were in production with days left to complete and them refusing to cancel. They sent an invoice which also stated that I had the right to a full refund in 14 Days AFTER receiving an order (which again never arrived). I truly hope that this is helpful to others and that Coi Jewelry reads this because my organization laughed hearty on your failed attempts at extortion, theft and slander when every piece of "evidence" you tried to use against me showed that I tried to do the right thing. They were tempted to send a letter back to them saying that I'm helping them grow and have demonstrated great character. Moral of the story, do your research on review sites on these non-traditional jewelry companies and certainly stay away from this one as there is definitely a pattern of poor quality, no product and no refunds where customers outcomes were not as happy as my own. If you read this a little too late, call your bank and report it ASAP and file a complaint with Paypal as well. They no longer have a store on Amazon because their ethics are so poor they cannot function on that platform.
