I changed Bitcoin to Monero.
The money never came into my Monero wallet.
The money was gone for more than a month.
Contacted support several times - always the same answer.
"We are having work done on the Monero wallet at the moment, so new transactions aren't appearing and there may be issues refreshing/showing transactions. Do not worry, your funds are safe. Once all is done, every transaction will appear automatically in the app and balances will update. Apologies for the inconvenience' that's the response from them until I contacted out to 'FOSTERBOON . O R G' who assisted with the recovery of my money”
