“I was contacted by a Michael Heinrich. He indicated to me that he was an account manager with CoinSmart and indicated to me that he could help me make some money. I gave him $2,000 and he deposited in an account he had set up for me. I checked on the account and in about five days it was at $4,500. I told Mr Heinrich that I wanted to take my money and run and he wanted another thousand dollars to accomplish the deal. I knew this was not protocol to pay money in order to withdraw your own money. We had words and so he shut down the account and claimed that CoinSmart took my money. does CoinSmart do this and if so how could I retrieve my money? Why doesn't CoinSmart have a customer service line or a complaint division?”
