“I’ve been using them for years to invest in cryptocurrency. The markets had a recent upturn and I tried to cash out because I needed the money. They have an error message stating “withdrawals are disabled. There is a 72 hour waiting period for withdrawals…”. It’s been almost 2 weeks, multiple messages to customer support. Zero response from Coinsquare. I’ve now submitted a police report with the RCMP.”
“Terrible! Tried to withdraw my funds, but system won't allow it. Says I need to contact customer service to take some hold off, and it's been days of contacting them multiple times, and not a response.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!”
