Over several years, wife has had 2 new cars from Appleyard’s Huddersfield, lodger also 2, self 1. Always found staff friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

I came to your Ashton branch for the Suzuki website deal of a Swift SZ-5 at approximately £15,500. Although I was told to come back a day later to test drive a car, I attended the showroom on the last day of the deal but, I was advised that there would be offers in the new month, i.e. the next day. The next day following the test drive, I was completely happy with the car and ready to sign but, when I was presented with the figures the vehicle had increased in price by over £3,000. I was told that the offer had ended the previous day (when I was told to come back the next day) and that I could no longer avail myself of that £15,500 SZ5 deal. I was also offered £100 part ex on an £18,000+ purchase. Toyota gave me £400 on a £9,500 purchase. I left the showroom completely demoralised. I've since bought a Toyota Yaris. I felt that what happened to me was completely unethical. It gave an older female purchasing a car alone the distinct feeling that the £ signs rolled up. Consequently, I would not use your company again as I would not feel comfortable doing so. The salesperson, however, was absolutely fine; courteous and polite. He was doing his job as instructed by the Business Manager, which is why I awarded 2* and not one.

Really friendly and efficient service from the team at Colin Appleyard-Ashton Under Lyne. I also felt safe going in to the showroom as their Covid measures were up to scratch! I have been a loyal customer for the last 7 years and Nick Hughes was very good at looking after me.

Having received a flyer promoting deals available I called in to the Ashton branch and spoke to Michael. Michael has only been with the Company for a short period of time and after a lengthy discussion and various options I signed up for a New style Ignis. The delivery date was given as the 12th October however, following a phone call from Michael I picked up my vehicle 30th September. During the sale process Michael was extremely patient, polite and friendly. I have been a loyal customer since 1985, Well Done Ashton Branch.

In these unusual times Mathew at Bradford was very polite and very professional In the way he dealt with my purchase of a vitara . Also Jason who as always been very helpful helped with fitting of car mats I had supplied. Over the last 10 years I have always had good service from Colin Appleyard’s.

Quite simply I had a v bad experience with 5his firm regarding p/x...all my emails of complaint went unanswered ...so consequently I would never go 5here again I give you one star because the car bought new has proved to be ok...

Allan, Keighley. Seeking to change my car I called in at Cornmill Garage in Keighley. Spoke to Daniel, and took a Suzuki Swift SZ3 for a test drive. Liked it. Exactly one week later I collected my new Swift. In 55 years of car ownership, this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with by far - and the quickest turnaround.. No pressure, a fair part exchange allowance, and excellent service and courtesy from Daniel - plus a complimentary bottle of wine! (Never had that before!) Based on my experience at Colin Appleyard, Keighley, I have no hesitation in recommending this dealershop.

My experience was stress free and the service was excellent. I dealt with Steve Brook and Steve Bagnall who were both extremely helpful, efficient and a pleasure to be dealing with. They knew my situation on needing a car ASAP and within a week it was ready to pick up it. Thanks Steve and Steve!

From taking a test drive to actually purchasing my new car & driving away, everything was completely stress free & explained fully at every stage. All staff were extremely helpful & due to Covid, the show room felt completely safe & staff were all compliant with safety rules etc. Many thanks to Christian for all his help & advice

MOT service booked months in advance, arrived from Blackpool first at dealership before 0800. Even though no problems, didn t leave till nearly 1400 hrs. obliviously lost / didn t record booking ! Car not cleaned, at all either. Very poor service for a main dealer! On topof that found scrape on front left wing of my Vitara which wasn t there. Big drop in standard to previous service. Cannot recommend , would not return to Ashton u lyne branch.

Great service as always from the salesman Matthew . My Husband and I both have Suzuki models . If the Celerio was still available I would definitely have bought a new one as I find Colin Appleyard excellent for sales ,aftersales and service - lovely people to deal with.
